GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, JULY 2026.

PRICING: All prices reflected are net cash pricing.

TERMS: All prices are F.O.B. Yellville, Arkansas; net 30 days on established accounts; otherwise P.I.A. unless full payment is received in advance.

CONDITIONS OF SALE: Determination of price, terms and conditions of sale and final acceptance of orders are made only at our plant in Yellville, Arkansas.  All purchases are to be remitted in U.S. dollars and prices are subject to change without notice. Formal price quotations remain valid for 30 days. Applicable Federal, State or local taxes that are in effect at the time of shipment will be added to invoices unless a Certificate of Exemption is furnished by the purchaser. Load orders for expedited shipments, are available and will be surcharged and quoted as needed.

SHIPMENT: Unless specific shipping instructions accompany an order, we shall use our own judgment to select the best method for shipments which will be sent either freight collect, or prepaid and charges added to the invoice. We will exercise all reasonable means to make shipments within the time specified, but assume no liability for loss or damage from late delivery or non-performance caused by strikes, accidents, fires or any causes that are unavoidable or beyond our control. NOTICE: Shipment or diversion of this product to any destination or use contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Any technical data contained in this document(s) or file(s) may be restricted for export under the international traffic in arms regulations (ITAR) or the export administration regulations (EAR). Violations of these export laws may be subject to fines and penalties.

CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING: The purchaser shall pay the full contract price of all goods once the order has been placed and accepted. If the order is cancelled at any stage of the manufacturing process, the purchaser will still be obligated to pay the full contract price or at the discretion of Altronic Research. Cancellation of orders within 6 working days before ship date are subject to a 25% restocking charge or at the discretion of Altronic Research. Retroactive billing will be made against corrected quantity selling price as a part of cancellation charges. 

Termination charges on government contracts, sub-contracts and specialty products will be determined in compliance with applicable Terms and Conditions of those contracts.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We take pride in manufacturing products of the highest quality and we warrant them to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from date of invoice. All Altronic Research products are warranted to the specifications of that product that align with the installation specifications given at the time the order was received. Any application outside of these specifications will have a direct impact on the warranty. Additionally, products of our manufacture repaired by us are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of invoice, with the provisions described herein. Should a product, or a portion of a product of our manufacture prove faulty, in material or workmanship, during the life of this warranty, we hereby obligate ourselves, at our own discretion, to repair at our factory, inbound/outbound freight not included, or replace such portions of the product as required to remedy such defect. If, in our judgment, such repair or replacement fails to be a satisfactory solution, our limit of obligation shall be no more than full refund of the purchase price. This warranty is limited to products of our own manufacture. Equipment and components originating from other manufacturers are warranted only to the limits of that manufacturer’s warranty to us. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, or misuse (by operation above rated capacities, repairs not authorized by us, or any misapplication) of the equipment. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use; and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Materials not in accordance with agreed specifications shall be called to our attention immediately. Warranty returns shall first be authorized by the Customer Service Department and shall be shipped prepaid. If authorization is given for return, shipment will be made within 30 days of receipt of materials. Warranty does not cover freight charges.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Our repair shop fee (excluding parts) of $400.00 minimum (price varies based on each model and application) includes, testing, evaluating, labor and packaging. Turnaround time on most repairs is one week. Expedited repairs are subject to availability of parts, and an additional fee. 

Load orders for same day shipments, if available, will be surcharged and quoted and priced as requested.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders or inquiries for non standard products lines, will require a NRE charge and the terms and conditions for that order will be determined on a as needed basis.
